Training of Trainers

August 2023

LNE, in partnership with the Lebanese Organisation of Studies and Training (LOST) and BBW, the largest & most experienced German vocational training institution, conducted a 3-day Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop focused on Modern Training Methods.

LNE had the pleasure of hosting 28 participants from 16 of Lebanon’s most esteemed private sector companies.
Vocational training fosters a sense of independence and self-reliance by conveying practical skills that directly match industry requirements. This accelerates the integration of young individuals into the job market, enhancing their job prospects and meaningful societal involvement.

Ultimately, by bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, vocational training ensures a smoother transition for young people into their chosen careers.
